Description

Whether in a call centre, at reception or in the home office: the Poly DECT Headset Savi 7310 UC Monaural Teams helps you manage calls efficiently while remaining productive. Thanks to the wireless DECT connection, you can stand up during a call, collect documents or briefly speak to colleagues – without interrupting the conversation.

The monaural concept is particularly suitable for workstations where awareness of the surroundings is required. This allows you to stay in acoustic contact with your team while continuing to communicate professionally. The Poly DECT Headset Savi 7310 UC Monaural Teams is therefore a strong solution for anyone looking for practical, business-oriented headset equipment for everyday use.

Use & tips

  • Position the base/receiver unit so that it is as unobstructed as possible – this helps support a stable wireless connection.
  • Adjust the fit and microphone position to achieve consistently good speech intelligibility.
  • Use fixed charging routines so that the headset is ready for use at the start of a shift.
  • Choose a quiet environment for important customer calls and reduce sources of interference in the immediate surroundings.

Notes

Please check compatibility with your UC environment and the required end devices before use. Clean the headset and ear cushions regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid aggressive cleaning agents. For safe operation, follow the manufacturer’s instructions for handling and storage.
