Description

The Poly Sync 20+ Teams (Bluetooth, USB-A incl. BT600 BT stick) is a practical solution for anyone who does not want to be tied to a fixed conference room. Use it as a central audio solution with your laptop or PC to make conversations feel more natural and pleasant – especially when your device’s built-in microphone or speakers are not sufficient.

Thanks to the combination of Bluetooth and USB-A, the speakerphone adapts to your way of working: at your desktop in the office, with your notebook at home, or flexibly between different workstations. The supplied BT600 BT stick makes it easier to connect to your computer and supports a smooth start to your next Teams call.

Use & tips

  • For the best intelligibility, place the speakerphone in the centre of the table and keep a clear line of sight to the room.
  • For frequent PC meetings, use the BT600 BT stick to set up the Bluetooth connection conveniently.
  • Before important appointments, briefly check the audio source in the operating system or in Teams (input/output device).
  • In quiet environments, a moderate volume is often sufficient – this reduces feedback and creates a more professional impression.
  • For changing locations, keep the device within easy reach so spontaneous calls are possible at any time.

Notes

Please ensure compatibility with your end device and keep your software/apps up to date. If required, clean the device with a soft, dry cloth and avoid moisture as well as aggressive cleaning agents. For a disruption-free connection, we recommend an area that is as unobstructed as possible and free from strong radio sources in the immediate vicinity.

Order the Poly Sync 20+ Teams (Bluetooth, USB-A incl. BT600 BT stick) now and make every meeting a clear, professional conversation.
