Description

The Poly DA85 Wideband QD to USB Adapter (USB-A & USB-C) has been developed for users who rely on proven QD headsets and also want to use them with current USB interfaces. Especially in companies with mixed hardware environments, an adapter is required that makes it easier to switch between workstations and reduces support effort.

In day-to-day use, the adapter impresses with its straightforward handling: connect the headset, plug it into the computer and start working. This makes it particularly suitable for workstations with a high call volume, customer service teams and anyone who values a stable, wired audio connection.

Use & tips

  • Use the adapter to quickly connect a QD headset to a laptop or desktop PC – via USB-A or USB-C, depending on the port.
  • For best results, select the adapter as the audio device in your telephony or meeting software.
  • For shared or changing workstations, the QD principle is recommended: the headset stays with the user, the adapter stays at the workstation.
  • Route the cable so that it is not under tension – this improves comfort and durability.

Notes

Please check the compatibility of your headset with QD connector and your system’s audio settings before use. Keep plug connections clean and avoid sharp bends or pulling on the cable to help maintain a permanently reliable connection.

Order the Poly DA85 Wideband QD to USB Adapter (USB-A & USB-C) now and professionally simplify your headset use at USB workstations.
