Description

Poly Blackwire 8225-M binaural USB-A ANC Teams headset

The Poly Blackwire 8225-M binaural USB-A ANC Teams headset is a professional solution for anyone who needs reliable communication in the office, home office or contact centre. It combines high wearing comfort with active noise cancelling (ANC) and is designed for productive collaboration in Microsoft Teams.

Whether you are handling important customer calls, focused project calls or all-day meetings, this headset helps you remain clearly understandable while reducing disruptive ambient noise.

Product benefits

Active noise cancelling (ANC): Helps to significantly minimise distractions in open-plan offices or at home.
Binaural design: Supports focused work by covering both ears.
Teams-optimised: Developed for smooth collaboration and a professional meeting experience with Microsoft Teams.
USB-A connection: Simply plug in and get started – ideal for standardised workplace setups.
Improved call quality: Supports clear voice transmission for confident telephony and video conferencing.
Practical and robust for everyday use: Designed for regular use in day-to-day work.
Comfort for long sessions: Comfortable to wear, even for many consecutive appointments.

Description

With the Poly Blackwire 8225-M binaural USB-A ANC Teams headset, you can bring more calm to your communications. Active noise cancelling helps you focus on what matters – even in busy environments. The binaural headset design is particularly suitable for roles with a high call volume, such as support, sales or project-intensive teams where every nuance counts.

Thanks to USB-A integration, the headset is ready for use quickly and can be easily integrated into existing workstations. In meetings, you benefit from a clear, professional presence – and in day-to-day business from a tool that simplifies communication, stabilises workflows and noticeably improves productivity.

Use and tips

For optimum intelligibility: position the headset correctly and carry out a brief audio check before the first call.
Use ANC specifically in noisy environments to improve focus and call quality.
Ideal for hybrid working: a headset as a fixed part of the workstation ensures consistent audio quality.
For frequent Teams meetings: select the Poly Blackwire 8225-M binaural USB-A ANC Teams headset as the default audio device.

Notes

Clean the headset regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid aggressive cleaning agents. Ensure safe cable routing at the workstation to reduce strain on the cable. Compatibility depends on your end device and the communication software used; a brief function test in the target system is recommended before rollout.
